John Creer of Ballamodda & Ann alias Stole for £5 let unto John
Kinnish of Braddan for 15 years one half of the farm except the small
croft and the little meadow that belongs to it.
"If Kinnish does not match one of his children unto our heir
surviving", Creer or his assigns only need repay £4 of the loan.
If a child of the Creers marries one of the Kinnishes, the Creers to enjoy one
third of the farm, Kennish & wife one third and the young couple one third.
