The Research being carried out by Sue Pedersen:

 Edmond Corteen [1725-1761] married Elinor CREER 3 July 1748 in Braddan. They had 5 children: John b.30 Dec.1750 Braddan, Robert b.1 Nov.1752 St Matthews, Douglas, William bur. 23 Sept.1755 Braddan, Catherine b.13 Ap.1755 St. M., Douglas, and Anne b.14 Jan.1758 St M., Douglas. She married William CREECH of Maughold. 

Sue has been researching two Creer families associated with farms in Braddan, The Creers of Ballamoddey  and the family of William Creer of Agwhellan.
